1 Corinthians 13:4-5:

It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.”  So what do you think this verse is saying?  Here are a few thoughts to get you going in your studies:

• God love is directed toward us and not inward toward ourselves.
• It is unselfish
• Utterly unselfish.
• This kind of love goes against nature.
• The more we become like Christ, the more love we will show to others.
