- Remember what forgiveness involves: YKou are not condoning the wrong or acting as if it never happened , you are simple letting it go.
- Recognize the benefits of forgiving- Proverbs 14:30
- Be empathetic- James 3:2
- Be reasonable- Colossians 3:13
- Act quickly- Ephesians 4:26-27
After reading the scripture, ask yourself how you are measuring up. It’s Just a Thought.
Doubting Thomas
Are you a doubting Thomas? According to the book of John, Thomas had a hard time believing that Jesus had risen from the dead and that He was in the room with him behind locked doors with the other disciples. Read John 20:26:31. Then ask yourself, are you a doubting Thomas.
Did You Know
The day of Jesus” resurrection is called Easter. However,you won’t find the word Easter in the Bible. The word Easter belongs to a pagan fertility goddess, whose springtime festivals were eventually displaced by Christian celebrations of Jesus” resurrection. Maybe we should just call it Resurrection Sunday.
