Many Christian's Say They Love The Lord.

Many Christian’s say they love the Lord Jesus Christ, but is it really true?   Let me ask you this question.  If this statement is true, then why do so many Christians refuse to date Jesus Christ or develop that true, honest and intimate relationship with him?   Why are we so willing to go that extra mile to develop  a relationship with men, women, sports, friends, family and with many other things in the world that are not of God.  Why are those same people (Christians) aren’t willing to do their reasonable service by attending worship services, bible study’s and other church related activities?  They can attend all the worldly activities without any hesitation, whats up with that?

It time to stop making excuses and stop putting God last.

It's A New Season

Are you ready to make a change?  Take a look at your life in the way it has been, and be honest.  Is it working for you?  If not, maybe it’s time to let Jesus Christ lead the way.

It's a New Season

Think about what has happened and what you have been through this past year.  Was Jesus in everything part of your life?  If not, maybe it’s  time to make him a part of your life in every aspect.  Look at the world and all that it has to offer.  Times are getting harder and  the world is changing before our eyes (and it not all good).  Jesus wants us to get the most out of life but things are just not turning out quite the way you want it.  Have you ever wondered if it is you that is keeping your harvest from coming in?  Maybe it is time to make a change, your new season could be just around the corner.

Doing God's Will

Many people say they love the Lord, but they continue to allow the world to separate them from the Lord.  I sometimes wonder if people do not really realize what  things separate you from the Lord. Let’s try jobs, prestige, pride, love of money, sports and many others as examples.

Many people continue to tax the church with wanting help and assistance in many areas.  They want position or status in the church, but when it’s time to come together as a body they forsake the body and the Lord.  My flesh sometimes wants to just say, I do not understand how a person can put the world before God.  But guess what?  It’s all in God’s hands.  Maybe it’s time to study Romans 8:35.

Romans 8:35 says, Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?  Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

John 9:31

Now we know that God does not hear sinners;   but if anyone is a worshiper of God, and does his will, He hears him.

Food For Thought

You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich. You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong. You cannot bring about prosperity by discouraging thrift. You cannot further the brotherhood of man by inciting class hatred.  You cannot build character and courage by taking away people’s initiative and independence. You cannot help people permanently by doing for them, what they could and should do for themselves.  By Abraham Lincoln

Are You Ready?

We have just recently celebrated “911”,this is the time that you must make a decision about your life.  The world is in flex but you don’t need to be.  Get right with God before it to late.  Tomorrow is not promised.
